Constituency: Who This Party Answers To
A party that cannot say precisely who it represents will end up representing whoever funds it.
The Black American Party advances the producer class of the Black American community — through ownership, enterprise, constitutional principle, and economic solidarity. What is good for Black Americans is good for all Americans.
A vote that is guaranteed is a vote that is worthless.

A bloc that delivers ninety percent of its vote to one party in every election has removed its own bargaining position. The party that receives it has no reason to compete for it, and the party that does not receive it has no reason to try. Both conclusions are rational. The bloc has engineered its own irrelevance.
This is the central mechanical fact of Black American politics and it is rarely stated this plainly, because stating it embarrasses everyone who has profited from the arrangement.
Groups far smaller than Black America extract far more, for one reason: their support is genuinely in play. They negotiate before the election, specify what they want, and are prepared to withhold. Nobody has to respect them personally - the arithmetic does the work.
Being in play is not disloyalty. It is the ordinary operating condition of every effective interest group in a democracy.
This is why an independent party matters more than a caucus inside someone else's. A caucus can be overruled and its members can be primaried. An independent bloc that can move votes is negotiated with.
The Black American Party is neither left nor right because being neither is what creates the leverage. The moment we are reliably one thing, we are back to being counted rather than consulted.
Because a vote that is guaranteed has no bargaining value. A bloc that delivers ninety percent of its vote every cycle gives one party no reason to compete and the other no reason to try.
No. Being genuinely in play is the ordinary operating condition of every effective interest group in a democracy.
A party that cannot say precisely who it represents will end up representing whoever funds it.
The mechanics are public, unglamorous and entirely achievable. Most people have simply never been told them.
A PAC is how a constituency speaks in the language the political system actually listens to.
We keep producing extraordinary leaders and no machinery. Then we lose the leader and start over.
The two-axis map of American politics was not drawn with Black American interests in mind.
Black American political attention is confined to a narrow band of subjects, and the confinement is not accidental.
