Article I
The Producer Class
The expansion and flourishing of Black American business ownership, entrepreneurship, and wealth creation is our first priority. We champion ownership, production, and self-reliance — and reject socialist dependency models that trade dignity for subsistence.
Article II
The Constitution First
We are strict constitutionalists advancing a true American agenda. We reject all political ideas that divide Americans along racial, class, or ideological lines. Our loyalty is to the founding charter and to the people it protects — all of them.
Article III
Economic Solidarity
The dollar earned in our community should circulate in our community. Through tools like the Black Dollar app, we build the networks of commerce, patronage, and mutual support that turn individual enterprise into collective prosperity.
Article IV
Secure Borders & National Integrity
We support secure borders and the preservation of the integrity of the American population. We reject the use of runaway immigration as a means of diluting and replacing the Black American voting bloc.
Article V
Sound Money
Inflation is a tax on the producer and a thief of savings. We support a return to sound money principles and universal financial literacy, so that the wealth Black American families build cannot be quietly debased away.
Article VI
Family Strength & Paternal Justice
Strong families are the first institution of a free people. We support matrimonial freedom, including polygamy; mandatory paternal DNA testing at every birth; and paternal justice that holds fathers accountable while treating them fairly.
Article VII
World-Class Education
Abacus mind math, STEM, and coding from first grade through high school. The return of trade and professional education at the high-school level. Free university education for all Americans. The restoration of government-sponsored sports, STEM, and arts programs.
Article VIII
Justice Reform & Rehabilitation
A justice system that rehabilitates rather than merely punishes: neurofeedback technology to resolve neocortical dysregulation and end addiction, private prison funding tied to the recidivism rates of released convicts, and reform of the entire criminal and civil justice system.
Article IX
Media Accountability
We reject the media's toxic mischaracterization of the Black American community and of the character and morality of Black Americans. We seek hate crime legislation against those who deliberately publish defamatory and stereotypical images of Black Americans.
Article X
Access to Capital & Merit
Excellence needs fuel. We champion community development banks, credit unions, and investment vehicles owned within the Black American community; targeted economic development zones; and merit-based opportunity that lets Black American excellence compete and win.
Article XI
Homeownership & Land Stewardship
Property is the foundation of generational wealth. We advocate pathways to homeownership, the protection of Black American land and heirs' property from predatory acquisition, and the revival of Black American farming, land stewardship, and food independence.
Article XII
Community Health & Wellness
A producer class must be strong in body and mind. We promote preventive health, nutrition education, athletic culture, and mental wellness through advanced neurotechnology — building physical and psychological resilience without fostering dependency.
