Constituency: Who This Party Answers To
A party that cannot say precisely who it represents will end up representing whoever funds it.
The Black American Party advances the producer class of the Black American community — through ownership, enterprise, constitutional principle, and economic solidarity. What is good for Black Americans is good for all Americans.
Inflation is a tax on the producer and a thief of savings, and it falls hardest on the people with the least cushion.

When a currency loses value, the loss is not distributed evenly. It falls on whoever holds their wealth in cash and wages - which is to say, on wage earners and savers, disproportionately on Black American families who are underweight in exactly the assets that rise with inflation.
Someone who owns property, equities and a fixed-rate mortgage is largely insulated and may profit. Someone with a savings account and a rent cheque absorbs the whole thing. Sound money is not an abstract libertarian preference. It is a question of who gets robbed slowly.
The Black American Party supports a return to sound money principles and universal financial literacy. Sound money means a currency whose supply cannot be expanded at will to fund spending decisions the public was never asked about. Financial literacy means the population can see it happening.
Those two commitments belong together. A hard currency without an educated population still leaves people exposed to every other financial predator in the neighbourhood.
Generational wealth requires that value survive the years between generations. Economic solidarity requires that the dollar circulating inside the community still be worth something when it completes the circuit. Homeownership requires credit at rates that are not compensating a lender for currency risk.
Every asset-building commitment in this platform assumes a store of value that holds. That assumption has to be defended, which is why it is an Article and not a footnote.
A return to commodity-backed money would sharply raise the strategic importance of mineral-rich Africa, and with it the position of Black Americans in US foreign relations. That is a considerable and largely unremarked opportunity. It is also a reason for Black Americans to understand monetary policy rather than treat it as somebody else's subject.
Because inflation falls on wage earners and savers rather than on asset holders, and Black American families are underweight in the assets that rise with inflation. Debasement is a slow transfer away from the people with the least cushion.
A currency whose supply cannot be expanded at will, paired with universal financial literacy so the population can see monetary policy operating on them.
A party that cannot say precisely who it represents will end up representing whoever funds it.
A vote that is guaranteed is a vote that is worthless.
The mechanics are public, unglamorous and entirely achievable. Most people have simply never been told them.
A PAC is how a constituency speaks in the language the political system actually listens to.
We keep producing extraordinary leaders and no machinery. Then we lose the leader and start over.
The two-axis map of American politics was not drawn with Black American interests in mind.
