The Gangsta Rap Minstrel Show
The most commercially successful degrading portrayal of Black Americans in history is one we perform ourselves.
The Black American Party advances the producer class of the Black American community — through ownership, enterprise, constitutional principle, and economic solidarity. What is good for Black Americans is good for all Americans.
A PAC is how a constituency speaks in the language the political system actually listens to.

A political action committee pools contributions and directs them to candidates. That is the whole mechanism. Its power is not mysterious: politicians need money to campaign, and organised money is consulted before it is asked for.
Black Americans are among the least PAC-organised constituencies in the country relative to size and spending power. That single fact explains a great deal about how our interests are handled.
Register with the Federal Election Commission, or the state equivalent for state races. Appoint a treasurer, who carries real legal responsibility. Open a dedicated account. Observe contribution limits and source restrictions. File on schedule - PACs are destroyed by paperwork far more often than by politics.
The compliance burden is genuine and entirely manageable with a competent treasurer. It is not a reason to avoid the vehicle; it is a reason to staff it properly.
Small and disciplined beats large and scattered. A PAC that supports a handful of candidates in races where its money is decisive gets a reputation; one that spreads thin gets thank-you letters.
Support down-ballot, where a modest sum moves the outcome. Publish the criteria so candidates know what earns support and what forfeits it. And be willing to withhold - a PAC that always gives is a subscription, not a lever.

The same pattern as entertainment, with shorter careers and worse advice.
A community that treats intelligence as suspect has agreed to lose.
The information a community receives determines the politics it produces.
Every technological wave so far has been something done to this community. The next one does not have to be.
Our children are not less capable. The infrastructure and the curriculum are less present.
