Education: The Black American Party Policy
School choice on one standard, abacus math, coding and STEM.
The Black American Party advances the producer class of the Black American community — through ownership, enterprise, constitutional principle, and economic solidarity. What is good for Black Americans is good for all Americans.
Every people needs a protective class. Ours exists and is largely pointed away from us.

Black Americans are over-represented in the United States military, in policing, in security work and in the combat sports. The community produces disciplined, physically capable, courageous people in large numbers - it always has.
The question is not whether we have a warrior class. It is whether that class is organised in service of the community that produced it.
Much of that capability is currently expended on other people's conflicts abroad, or turned inward in neighbourhood violence, or wasted in incarceration. A young man with courage, discipline and physical competence is an asset; whether he becomes a protector or a casualty depends almost entirely on whether an institution claimed him early.
Right now the institutions that claim him most reliably are the military and the street. Both take him away from us.
Veterans' networks that channel returning servicemen into community leadership, business ownership and mentorship rather than leaving them to reintegrate alone. Martial arts, athletics and cadet-style programmes that give boys structure and rank before the street offers them a substitute. Community security and neighbourhood protection organised lawfully and professionally.
And Article I's economy, because the deepest reason young men join organisations that harm them is the absence of one that pays.
The disciplined, physically capable protective layer every people needs. Black America produces it in large numbers, but it is largely pointed away from the community - into foreign conflicts, neighbourhood violence or incarceration.
Veterans' networks channelling servicemen into community leadership and business, structured athletic and cadet programmes for boys, lawful community protection, and an economy that offers young men an alternative.

Acquire, achieve, establish - and why the third matters most.
A party whose first priority is the producer class has to be able to say what it will actually do for the people who own the businesses.
Not a transfer. A functioning position in the economy that already exists.
Full participation means the boardroom and the supply chain, not only the workforce.
